Day 01: Coimbatore – Ooty

Arrive at Coimbatore Airport / Railway Station and proceed to Ooty. On arrival check into the hotel. Evening free to explore the beautiful & ravishing beauty of Ooty. Overnight stay at Hotel in Ooty.

Day 02: Ooty Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast full day excursion to Connor. Later return to Ooty. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Ooty.

Day 03: Ooty – Coimbatore

Morning after breakfast, sightseeing of Ooty, visit the beautiful botanical garden designed in 1847. Visit the shores of Lake Ooty, where boating is a favourite pastime and Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiri mountains (2,623 m.). Later about 13:00 hrs transfer to Udamandalam railway station to board the TOY TRAIN for Metupalaiyam. On arrival meet with our representative and drive to Coaimbatore for overnight stay. Overnight stay at hotel in Coimbatore.

Day 04: Coimbatore – Maduraimeenakshi-temple

Morning after breakfast drive to Madurai. On arrival check in at the hotel. After fresh-n-up visit the ancient city of Madurai, some 2600 years old is laid out in the banks of river Vaigai as a lotus flower with the Meenakshi temple in the centre. Visit including Meenakshi temple, King Tirumala's Palace, Great tank and Gandhi museum. Overnight stay at Hotel in Madurai.

Day 05: Madurai – Rameswaram

Morning after breakfast an excursion to Rameshwaram- the most sacred temple town of India is an island hallowed by the epic Ramayana, where Lord Rama is said to have visited before going into battle of Srilanka. The presiding deity is the Linga Of Sri Ramanatha Swamy, which happens to be one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of India. Rameswaram is also popularly referred to as the 'Benaras of the south'. In order to attain Moksha it is believed that the visit to Rameswaram is mandatory. Later after Pooja Darshan drive back to Madurai. Overnight stay at Hotel in Rameswaram.

Day 06: Rameshwaram – Thanjavur

After breakfast drive to Tanjore. On arrival check in at the hotel. Later temple tour of Tanjore visiting Bridhadeswara temple, Tanjore palace & Museum. Overnight stay at Hotel in Thanjavur. Tanjore - The home of Carnatic music, musical instruments, dance and traditional handicrafts, Tanjore (Thanjavur) is famous for the Brahadeeswarar Temple. The temple constructed more than a thousand years ago by the Chola King Raja Rajan is an architect's marvel. The Art Gallery and the Saraswathi Mahal Library are also well known places of interest.

Day 07: Thanjavur – Pondicherry

Morning after breakfast drive to Pondichery. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the afternoon sightseeing of Pondichery. Overnight stay at Hotel in Pondicherry. Pondicherry - Although the French influence is gradually fading, Pondicherry retains a few Gallic accents. Pondicherry's main sights are the Rai Nivas, the Sacred Heart Church and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. The ashram retreat was founded in 1926 by Sri Aurobindo after whose death the spiritual authority passed to one of his disciples, a French woman known as the Mother. The Mother was also instrumental in founding the city of Dawn Auroville, 10 km from Pondicherry. Its original charter aimed at creating a city of the future where people from India and abroad could live and work together in a spiritual environment.

Day 08: Pondicherry – Bangalore

After breakfast, check-out the Hotel and transfer to Airport / Railway Station with Happy Memories.
